The Summer Survival Programme is here to provide you with SOMETHING.

It's very common when staring a fitness programme or plan, that you try to do everything at once.

Causing massive OVERWHELM and "YoYoing" with your diet & fitness.

Rather than try to do it all…. Why not just do SOMETHING.

Surely doing something is better than nothing right?

3 workouts per week, time efficient, because let's face it, who wants to be in the gym for longer than 30 minutes or working out at home for longer than 15-20?

Videos to follow for both, with demos and tutorials.

Keeping it super simple and achievable especially with the current heatwave about!
